Supreme Court Rejects Gawler Council Opposition to Racecourse Development

 

The Supreme Court of South Australia has rejected a Town of Gawler challenge to the Gawler Racecourse Development Amendment. The ruling, handed down on Friday 25th of February, rejected every legal argument of the Council.
