A new South Australian sports software company established by two former Trinity College young entrepreneurs has set itself the mission to help Australia reach its sporting pinnacle once again.
With fewer children becoming involved in sports, the Intelligent Software and Performance (Isap) program delivered by locals Hayden Mickan and Matthew Neville, is able to determine which sports a child is best suited, based on their physical capabilities and genetic makeup, from as young as five years of age.
Isap Technical Director Jonathan Kong who developed the concept, realised that many parents were completely unaware of the hidden gifts and talents their children possessed.
Mr Kong has created a platform that utilises advanced software engineering and artificial data intelligence.
Mr Kong said the program has attracted global attention, and believes there is no other like it.
“Our program is designed to discover Australia’s next generation of sporting sensations,” said Mr Kong.
“We will guide your child in making their dreams come true. We truly believe that with our software system the sky is the limit,” he said.
Mickan and Neville say the program has had a great deal of interest from globally recognised brands, particularly throughout the Asia region.
“We are dedicated to helping South Australian children achieve their sporting goals, so we feel it is of great importance to rollout the program in South Australia prior to exploring overseas opportunities,” Mr Mickan said.
“All children have a dream of playing sports at the highest level and our program is the most cutting edge method of achieving this dream,” he said.
Mr Neville said given that parents in the Barossa and Light region are committed to providing their children with the greatest opportunities for success, we believe there will be a fantastic turnout.
Isap wants to remind parents that all children are required to register for the program, regardless of their current physical and sporting ability.
The clinic will be held on Sunday the 21st May commencing at 9:00am at Gawler and District College.
The assessment involves a series of physical tests. The data collected and entered into the software with a personalised assessment and report produced. The whole process costs $49.50 with the testing component taking 70 minutes.
